Zhejiang True Love Fashion House Co. Ltd. is part of Zhejiang True Love Mae House Co. Ltd.'s flagship carpet production base. In the Kimdong Economic Development Zone in the city of Kimhua, it is a large-scale blanket-producing enterprise that combines weave, dye, sort and produce. The enterprise has dozens of composters, eight fully automated flavour lines and hundreds of advanced sorting equipment. For the first time, our blanket industry has successfully applied state-of-the-art deep-well exposure-printed wastewater treatment technology. The introduction of U.S. computer-based colouring systems, the domestic-class CAD design colour system and the internationally leading direct computer ink-jet network system have resulted in an annual production capacity of over 20 million blankets. Over the years, companies have become the largest and most specialized blanket producers in the country through the integration and extension of industrial chains with quality products and advanced technological processes. Firms are increasing their investment in technological research and development and improving the technological content of their products, based on a smooth and rapid growth of their enterprises. More than 40 new provincial products have been successfully developed, such as “negative lasser blankets”, “Steal lasser blankets”, “Master fibres lasser blankets”, and six invention patents and over 30 practical new ones have been developed, such as “Gassalascher blankets”, “Rassel blankets for bamboo carbon fibres”.
